Shipping & Delivery

Shipping & Handling Costs

Shipping and handling costs vary for different products and are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, the number and type of products in your cart, and their delivery destination. Shipping and handling for each order will be displayed during the checkout process, prior to payment and on your order confirmation, and are included in the total price of your order. Changes you make to the delivery address or delivery time after placing an order may incur additional charges. Shipping and handling costs calculated at checkout are based on delivery to the front door of the ground floor.

Delivery Timeframes

Products listed on our website are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 24–72 business hours. Deliveries and local pick-up are carried out between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday only. Standard delivery timeframes are:

  • Metro Areas & Eastern Seaboard of Australia – Up to 5–7 business days

  • Perth, Western Australia – Up to 7–10 business days

Orders can be picked up locally the same day if placed before 1 pm, or on the next business day. The warehouse address is 215 Jackson Road, Sunnybank Hills 4109.

How to find the local pick-up spot

When you drive through the archway at the above address, continue straight and turn right at the first opportunity. The warehouse and pick-up point will be on your right.

Standard local delivery to RANA FRESH business customers is within two business days from receipt of your order, subject to delivery suburb or unless otherwise specified or given special instructions.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

All products remain the property of RANA FRESH until paid in full. Goods supplied are subject to RANA FRESH Terms of Trade (a copy can be obtained by contacting Info@ranafresh.com.au).

Damaged Products

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality customer service and premium products. Occasionally, products may be damaged in manufacturing, handling or transit. If products are damaged on delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the stock. No claims or returns of damaged products will be accepted without prior authorisation. Missing or Incorrect Products

If products are missing or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the stock. No claims or returns for incorrect or short supply will be accepted without prior authorisation. Notify us at Info@ranafresh.com.au.

Out-of-Date Products

If products are out of date or short-dated on delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the stock. No claims or returns for out-of-date or short-dated stock will be accepted without prior authorisation. Notify us at Info@ranafresh.com.au.

Change of Mind

Returns or refunds for change of mind will not be accepted. Shipping and handling costs are displayed during checkout, prior to payment, and on your order confirmation; therefore, refunds for excess shipping and handling will not be accepted.
